The United States Marine Corps approached Beretta asking for modifications to their M9 pistols. Among other things, they were looking for an accessory rail to attach tactical lighting as well as laser aiming devices. In 2006, the M9A1 was fielded as an answer, and in 2016 Beretta is pleased to introduce this 22LR caliber faithful reproduction of the M9A1. The M9A1_22 sports all the great features of the M9_22 and adds a mil-spec 1913 picatinny rail. It is perfect for training and a joy to take to the range.
